GIN TONIC AMAZONAS
2 oz Amazonian Gin
3/4 oz Aguaymanto juice
6 basil leaves
1/2 oz simple syrup
5 oz of tonic water
Good quality ice
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker we measure all the ingredients except for the tonic water, shake for a few seconds and serve using a double strainer. In a glass with full ice, we complete the drink with dry tonic water, decorate it with basil and Aguaymanto.
