AMAZON BRAMBLE
2 Oz Amazonian Gin
3/4 Oz Lemon juice
1/2 Oz sugar syrup
1/2 Oz Blackberry cream
Preparation
Serve the gin, lemon juice, and syrup in the shaker. Beat for 10 seconds, serve in a glass with ice, add crushed ice and finally add the blackberry cream.
