DISTILLATION
For the elaboration of Amazonian Gin, we gently combine our botanicals in their appropriate proportion, they get macerated and then we distill the alcohol extracted with their aromatic components in the still, from it we obtain a crystalized gin of high alcohol level, which is taken to 41% in volume through the addition of demineralized spring water.
